Municipal Brand Identity PDF Print E-mail

This program seeks to develop the branding for the municipalities committed to "Dominican, a Country Project towards Sustainable Development", promoted at its begining by the Council for Sustainable Development and Promotion of the Dominican Republic (Consejo para el Desarrollo Sostenible y Promoción de la República Dominicana, CONDESPI), and from now on by the ODTS, due to the relation of the municipalities with the dominican sustainable tourism development project sponsored by our organization.

The program for the creation of municipal branding aims to ensure a comprehensive communication policy, achieve a distinctive position and to bring a valuable proposition to their citizens and visitors.

The management of local brands is based on the results achieved and analysis of market research through a process led and organized by the subsidiaries of the Councils for Sustainable Development and Municipal Promotion and the ODTS, the local City Hall, involving communities through the sectors and citizen participation, and under proper guidance and supervision of technicians and professionals in the field.

The program, on its first phase, will design the visual identity of each municipality which includes: symbol or cote of arms, slogan, description, flag and user’s manuals.
